Jan Kübler: Absolutely. Worldfield Real Estate was founded in November 2023 in Dubai, alongside Worldfield Investment Holding. We are part of one of Australia’s largest real estate groups, specializing in the development and leasing of industrial properties. In Dubai, we have focused on two main business lines: developing and leasing commercial spaces to provide affordable homes for a multitude of businesses, and our real estate agency, which specializes in residential properties. We offer our clients a return on investment of approximately 7 to 9% annually for entire buildings, and we also deal with luxury properties, offering unique homes for a select few.

Jan Kübler: Our distinctiveness comes from our deep expertise in the real estate market, our passion for the industry, and a service culture honed in the world’s finest hotels.
